1. Through our website forms - When you check eligibility or submit an enquiry, we collect information via our website platform (Pagecloud) to:• assess eligibility• recommend battery size• provide a personalised savings estimate

2. Through email communication - If you contact us by email, we collect correspondence details via our email provider (Google Workspace).

3. Document uploads - If you upload photos or documents, these are securely processed and stored using encrypted third-party services.

How we use your information - and whyWe use your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so.  We use your data to:• assess whether PowerBase is suitable for your home
• calculate and share personalised estimates
• communicate with you about your enquiry• arrange installation and provide ongoing service• respond to questions, feedback, or complaints• protect against fraud or misuse• comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Cookies & analyticsWe use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how our website is used and improve performance. You will be asked for consent where required.

Who we share your data withWe do not sell your data.  We may share personal data with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver our services, including:• technology and hosting providers• communication and email services• accredited installation partners

Children’s dataPowerBase services are not intended for children under 16.  We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete the data promptly.

Fees & response timesThere is usually no fee for exercising your rights.  We aim to respond within one month, though complex requests may take longer. We will keep you informed.  We may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
